DR P. SHEKAR
His Research in Nuclear Physics in BARC and Solid State Electronics in TIFR has lead to Ph.D. He has spent over four decades in R&D based technologies and related human and national development initiatives. Credited with having laid the foundation of first Software Technology Park in India and a well documented series of 60 plus books on Secured Techno-Economic National Growth, Dr Shekar is the Chairman of Global Smart Cities Panel (MEDC). Since past two decades he has been working and innovating in the area of Secured Governance and Blue Economy. Following are some of the impressions of his books:
