FRANCHISE REQUIREMENT
Please also note that the initial investment (Rs. 6 lac - Rs. 14.5lac) depends on the model of the Pre-School (Rural or Town or City Model).
To start a RITZY SCHOOLS the following minimum infrastructure is required:
- The franchisee has to have minimum 1200 sq. ft to 3000 sq. ft area at an easily accessible & strategic location.
- Excellent model of infrastructure which is child friendly and in ground floor will be preferred.
- There should be at least three class room of size 200-250 sq. ft.
- The Principal’s room should be of approximately 80-120 sq. ft.
- Reception area should be able to accommodate the visitors.
- Sufficient and safe playing space for kids.
- Clean and spacious toilet & wash room facility.
